Well, it is a 'New Democrat' type of web site. But what I found interesting while reading through many of the articles. Is how diametrically opposed their views are toward Democrat leaders in congress. Especially, politicians like Gephard, Dashle and Kennedy.

By they way, did you notice in that gun article how they referred to your "ban handgun" position as extreme? :)

Lieberman basically sold his soul during the campaign and lost any respect I had for him. One important example was his about face on targeted vouchers. And basically every other education reform measure which collided with the NEA's views. In other words, instead of sticking to his principles, he pandered to special interests.

Who knows, now that the election is over, he may change his tune again. Mr. moderate, deeply religious Lieberman, has basically no core principles. He's a chameleon politician.

Glad you enjoyed the site though. At least you have a place to check out which isn't far out in left field.

That brings to mind something else I've found interesting in cyberspace. The left doesn't have very many thoughtful think tank type web sites, while the right has quite a few.
