Opalapril - I could see flying over Chinese airspace in a U-2 when you don't think that missiles can shoot you down, and it then becomes an embarassment when they do. But why fly over Chinese airspace in a blundering prop lane? It doesn't make sense if they did. Maybe the issue is that China claims they whole bay as their airspace and the US just claims 12 miles off shore as international airspace. Maybe we'll get some more details.
