Glenn,

What exactly happened? They maxed the credit line to pay off some outstanding debt. I understand that part.

I listened to the intro of the new boss a month ago. He said he would pay down the debt. I read about the lawsuits for potential insider selling during inappropriate times.

But I really didn't see this coming. Does the company have any value? I am shocked.
