With rising costs, postal officials say they face a $2 billion to $3 billion loss this fiscal year. After five years in the black, the post office had a $199 million loss last fiscal year.

Remember guys, VENKIE may have been wrong about market conditions but he has some great ideas.

One of them is on credit card applications received in the mail. His suggestion is to put the unfilled application in the envelope and send it back POSTAGE PAID ON (by the credit card co)
