About 3 months ago a friend of mine who shall remain nameless meant to sell some calls on PSIX; instead he sold some puts. He just made a mistake entering the order. He was told by me and several other people to straighten it out- -buy back the puts and then go ahead and sell calls. For some reason he just wouldn't do it. Maybe he was hoping the stock fairy would bail out the sinking ship.

Today PSIX announced its financial auditors question its ability to stay in business, it was running out of cash and will likely declare bankruptcy.

Those puts which he sold for 2 3/8 and could have bought back at that price are now being peddled for 4 7/8.
