Actually this was known today to anyone who has Bloomburg or a borker who does. That small window was the whole month of May! Wonder if we will see another 13D for June. He can't sell for 30 days prior to known news so I wonder what news we will get? Hope it is just because he needed the money. Stock droped a bit on the news but regained a bit late today. Called Karen today and she pointed out that it was just 200K or so shares and a small pittance of the total shares he owns. She said Maxtor still plans on producing KM drives but does not know if it will be KM-MR or KM-TFI. She is skeptical of Maxtor and others who claim to be 100% MR by end of next year. Not enough heads to supply them. She thinks it is a subtile warning to head manufactures to ramp up production not an actual fact. Also Lisa they did not sign 4 contracts! She said Ed had a good chuckle over that one! But when I asked if they had signed any contracts she would not comment.
