average person receives a refund of over $1600

It does not matter what the average size of the refunds. Those who expect for refunds would have already filed. The next 10 days are for procrastinators and those who have to pay. Would most people pay early instead of close to the due date? Many who owe probably hoping for a market rebound, especially expecting a rescue from Alan Greenspan during last month's FOMC meeting. Little that they know that the market kept going south. There will be mutual fund redemption which in turn will accelerate selling by these funds.

I notice that you are an attorney. Have you kept count as how many law firms that file class action suits against Amazon? Does that not tell you something there is a good chance for them to win the case? Afterall, these firms would not just take any litigation on a contigency basis if they don't think they have a strong case. More negative on Amazon.

BTW: Why are you banned from "Clown-Free Zone ... sorry, no clowns allowed" thread? I don't think you are a clown. I understand why Van Bon Jovi and Impristine are banned from there: they are truly comedians.
