Sy, something just dawned on me...

INSP only has 314,951,000 shares outstanding,
multiplied by today's close of $1.72/share,
equals a total market cap value of only $541,715,720.

Now...if the "plaintiffs" should win the lawsuit,
and be awarded the $2 billion they are seeking...
just how are the "defendants" going to come up
with that kind of money?

Some kind of very creative "settlement" perhaps,
which might include new management, and a new BOD. ;)

As Yogi said, "It ain't over...til it's over."
