Bob's comments on the radio suggest to me that he's often working on the newsletter up until a day or two before it is published--further suggesting that last-minute events can influence his comments. I can't read Bob's mind, but today's -7% change in the QQQ might be such an event; although I doubt it's anything worth stopping the presses for.
