It would be good if the interest rate cuts are starting to work, but is it sustainable? The consumer already has a lot of debt. I guess they can carry it as long as they keep their jobs. And if business is good for cars and home builders then hopefully they will keep their jobs. The best case scenario is that the real damage is confined to tech.
