Shut Down problems...

This is my first visit to this thread, so tia to anyone who tries to help.

About a month ago I added a 3rd monitor to my Win98 machine. The video card I bought is TNT2 Series pci. The original AGP card is a TNT M64 series card. My other (2nd) card is a XPERT@WORK pci.

All three monitors are Trinitron E400's

Everything seemed to work fine when I started the computer for the first time with the new card, until I went to shut down that night. I was unable to shut down with that card. It just hangs on the Windows shut down screen. If I removed the card, the computer was fine...for a couple weeks. Now after more fiddling I am unable to shut down my computer at all.

I have been told by some guy that I should turn off the plug-and-play setting for the new card in the BIOS. I went in there and couldn't see anywhere to do that.

I'm not great with the technical side of computers, so if you have any recommendations please make it simple ;-)

Thanks
Dustin
