From INSP's 10-K for 2000 regarding the derivative lawsuit:

The plaintiffs are seeking various equitable remedies, including disgorgement of profits from insider trading, restitution, accounting and imposition of a constructive trust, unspecified monetary damages, and attorney's fees. We are currently investigating and assessing the claims at issue and preparing our response. As noted above, the complaint is derivative in nature and does not seek monetary damages from, or the imposition of equitable remedies on, us.
