hi esteban oh yeah, you're previewing winxp beta2 aren't you? how's that coming? regarding the newsgroup poster's comment, "I find it funny... Partition Magic is basically (GUI WISE) inside Windows 2000 Professional... :)", i'm at a loss to understand what the heck they are alluding to. the phrase 'gui-wise' (graphic user interface-wise) isn't bringing up any interfaces for me <g3>. just for grins i popped that phrase in google and was amazed at how frequently it's being bandied about! google.com anyway, i run partitionmagic5.0 and it isn't win2000 compatible (just NT4.0). i loaded it on the win98se partition, and it works with NTFS, and i save w2k images with driveimage, but i think partitionmagic6.0 is built for win2000. thanks for sharing :) mark
