Itchy liquidity (new retirement money, MZM up some $600 B from Jan 2000), temporary selling exhaustion, and the houses wanting an "orderly decline" rather than a rush to the doors. I think that one of the houses needs to find a way of disposing of 90 MM AGR (Agere stock? I am not sure what the symbol is, I am not buying it from them....) stock they just took in, can't do it unless we have a nice rally into which they can sell... Zeev
