Only problem with the government is attrition. By 2005 over 50% of the current government workforce will be eligible for retirement (either of the age or early retirement packages). Many of these employees are not replaced, some are, and some are outsourced (more and more on the defense side) or the technical end will have seat management. It takes less and less people to run thing so that means less and less jobs. There will always be thriving industries but I think the corridor along the toll road is going to have a hard time.
