OT: Evidence that we are living in different times... It wasn't all that long ago that SOP for a crippled spyplane would be ditching her in the ocean rather than an emergency landing on "enemy" soil. Hopefully enough systems and software were destroyed prior to the landing, but for some strange reason I feel that this crew may have been more concerned about getting down safely rather than protecting sensitive data and equipment. This is not necessarily the fault of the crew, but IMO due to a shift in our focus and relaxing our vigilance in the post-cold war era. There is a very, very important lesson to be learned here.
