Gottfried, It seems then that the Arms indicator that gives a good signal above 1.5 is not for the Nasdaq. Therefore, even if it is right, it may not call an important bottom in the Naz. If this is correct, then I wonder what logic the guy in Barrons was using when he said techs are going to take off as a result. He quoted the 1.5 level on the Arms, so must have been talking about the Dow or the NYSE. If you plot the Dow vs Nasdaq over the past two years you can see there is not a very good correlation. Maybe I will back and reread that Barrons article.
