I must admit I had a hard time not getting PO'd with the latest financing draw NR.
Has Rebecca never heard of a line of credit? My calculation is $6.94/share. When I first read of this (Acqua) deal, I never expected to see DMX selling shares at these prices. Frustrating to think that the timing of news can hurt like this. Don.

I occassionally shake my head when I read comments like this Don only because alot of people tend to look at things in isolation, which if I may be critical for a moment, I believe you are doing.

The net loss on the Nasdaq has reached a catastrophic $5.3 TRILLION dollars since Nas 5000+. Stocks that have traded at $300 are now trading at pennies or are bankrupt and under Chapter 19. Their is chaos and carnage in the markets and a "bottom may not be in yet. Yet DMX holds very very well. Money for juniors is drying up quicker than you can blink an eye and many are unable to raise a dime for their survival.

I thank Acqua for being there and would gladly give them "cheap shares" so that we can reach our ultimate goal of production and profit. The "line of credit" idea achieves little when it comes to "greasing" in the markets. Acqua will no doubt buy shares at higher prices as we all will, they will likely get paired up with some Nasdaq Dealers and the shares will be laundered through them to those dealers as we get closer and closer to FDA approval.

So I donot begrudge Acqua a profit on any shares of DMX, and in fact I applaud the fact that through major market carnage they are willing to put their money up to help us reach our ultimate goal.

Nto trying to be harsh...but "real" in these market conditions.
