andreas, Who was it?, Marie Antoinette?, who said "let them eat cake", Well Alcatel wants to have it's cake and eat it. Often these contracts have backbill clauses when one side tries to terminate improperly. That means Alcatel is in very serious financial condition if it feels it's best choice is to litigate. Alcatel will lose and will have to pay later...they know this...this means Alcatel has a huge problem, zero cash and lines of credit tightening. Looks like Alcatel has more to fall. Bill
