The shares might be restricted and could not go on the market so soon. However, I doubt that the investors would sell right when they get the share. Even small volume drives down the price of this micro-cap and even with a discount the y would lose money. They will wait to double their money. At least. However, the dilution is also a good sign because it shows the large investors have faith in this company still. That is a good sign that someone or a group is willing to put up this much.
