NNN and Global Network Inc. to Deliver Online/Print Newspaper
Advertising Network

Partnership Combines Global Network's Online Technology with NNN's Client Base

NEW YORK, April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- In a move that will create one of the world's first geo-targeted, unified online and offline
newspaper-advertising networks servicing national advertisers and ad agencies, Global Network Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
GNNU.OB - news) and the Newspaper National Network (NNN) today announced their partnership agreement.

NNN, a sales and marketing subsidiary of the Newspaper Association of America (NAA) and 24 of the largest newspaper
companies in the U.S., sells national advertising into the nations' 1,500 daily newspapers in several categories, including
automotive, packaged goods, drugs and remedies, and computers and software. Global Network is an ASP whose proprietary
technology is a media-buying application for a network of over 300 newspapers.

Under the agreement, NNN will sell online newspaper advertising through the GNI System. Global Network will place the online
media buy, track real-time results for the campaigns and present reports to the clients.

``We've been looking to work with an online counterpart to deliver a one-stop-shop for an integrated advertising network that
creates one blended CPM, one order and invoice. This new service directly addresses a market demand from our clients,
including ad agencies and national advertisers, who have expressed strong interest in extending their current print advertising into
Internet publishing properties,'' stated Nicholas Cannistraro Jr., NNN President and General Manager.

Global Network's CEO, Jim Mason added, ``This is a perfect partnership. We provide the technology and online infrastructure
that NNN can effectively leverage through its sales force to its marquis client base. We look forward to working closely with
NNN's sales force to provide its clients our sophisticated media placement and tracking software available for online newspaper
properties.''

``We strongly feel that newspaper publishers and their online properties will be a great beneficiary of our partnership with NNN.
Leading advertisers, from Kraft Foods to Microsoft, that have used NNN's service to place print media buys will now be able to
add online advertising to the same purchase order.''
