I have seen this proposal and intend to support it. Hopefully it will be put to a vote at the annual meeting.

Does anyone know Eric Zahler?

I have heard Zahler from time to time, I believe he is an independent thinker and would respect his opinion on whether Schwartz is the One to lead us out of these troubled times. If he too believes Schwarzt is ruining this company at the expense of the shareholders to protect some type of legacy, we need to reach out to him and ask for his help. Loral has acknowledged receipt of a Proposal that we are trying to get voted upon to hire an Investment Banking firm to sell or auction off this company before the financial risks obliterate the common shareholder. If Zahler can come clean, at the meeting, we can oust Mr Schwartz and under the direction of Zahler get this company sold to the highest bidder. Schwartz claims there is interest in parties buying the company, we need to get the Process out of Mr. Schwartz' hands. He does not have the trust of the common shareholder or if he does, at least let the shareholders vote at the Annual meeting whether or not Schwartz should continue negotiating on our behalf. Anyone else think Zahler has the balls to take on the Old Man and put an end to this nonsense, or does Eric have faith in Bernard. I urge shareholders to voice your opinion to Loral that you want the Investment Banking Proposal to be put to vote at the Annual Meeting.
