I am following CDN vs AVNT lawsuit and would be happy to try to answer any questions you might have. The first thing I would do is read CND court filing dated May 8,1996. After reading this document you'll be amazed that AVNT isn't trading in the singal digits. As for the statement that EXPERTS FIND COMPLETE LACK OF TECHNICAL EVIDENCE IN CDN LAWSUIT AGAINST AVNT; I supose that is why the FBI raded AVNT inthe fist place. I also love the part were they say AVNT has been waiting for months to respond in court to CDN accusation, I suppose that is why AVNT choose to take the 5 TH when first questioned. On July 12 a motion goes before the court to toss out the AVNT counter suit against CDN. The judge wouldn't waste his time with such a motion unless he felt it had merit.The only reason this stock moves up so dramitically from time to time is the damn SOS Bandits.
