If the news were immediately material, in a financial sense, the stock would have been halted for dissemination. The fact that WIND explicitly stated that this wasn't a financial conference or related to earnings was wise as otherwise everyone would have assumed this was going to be an earnings warning call. Given that we know this won't have immediate financial impact there is no need to jump the gun. We'll know soon enough what the news is. My guess is it's an important alliance/partnership deal which will probably be significant for the future but will not have any immediate revenue/earnings impact.
