So correct, I have been working with computers since 1983 [wow can't believe that long ago]
any way the one thing I have learned is that there is a solution to everything. Amazing as it may seem, but this is what I tell everyone, mostly to calm them down <g> [a little hand holding goes a long way]
Sometimes it takes 2 minutes, sometime 2 weeks, but have solved everything eventually. Patience and confidence :)
