Better take another look Bill. Been there, done it, it's high right now and still on my old radar. This one is sorta related to MEO. MEO invested $1/4M in AVLL for distribution rights, meatime, these guys here claim they had that way beforehand. AVL ( avlinfosys.com ) manufactures these location devices and it looks like either MEO got burned on the deal or AVL backed out but no-one is saying. If you like location devices, look at either Sigem - gps.v or look at CSI wireless - csy.v, both Cdn co. near Ottawa. I like Sigem as it will have an oem module for personal tracking out soon. Watch the women go after these personal units and keep an eye on their worse halfs. CSI has good sales with one hell of a big LOI. :-)
