Just ran across this article on INTC dated yesterday. Looks as though Intel's biz model is a changing a bit. Could be some of the unrest we see in the price.

In the long term INTC will prevail. Marketing is the key to sales and INTC is the best at it in their sector. Taking on inventory and its associated risks is something Intel has never done before though. The market will make them prove themselves you can count on it.

Price wars with AMD have always taken a toll on profits. Intel plays in a much bigger market than AMD. While focus has been on desktop chip sets by the analysts, INTC's revenues unlike AMD's are not solely based on the desktop CPU market. The market will see this as it has in the past.

I believe its a great AIM candidate.
