<The notion that this is some kind of battle between noteholders and stockholders is highly questionable. > Talked to management and they said they believe the weakness is due to the index situation as well as the convert... they nor I believe that the convert holders are manipulating the stock as it is way too early. Couple of points: 1.) the company is in touch with the owner of 50% of the bonds [mentioned here... they ARE sharpies as far as I can tell] to buy them back or make some sort of deal. 2.) They see retail sellers and large current owners adding to positions. 3.) Company is NOT in cash crunch and they don't see any impending doom. DAK
