eikos: "The bondholders already have agreed to these steps necessary to ensure survival of the system." Bondholders are not interested in "The survival of the system".. They are not equity investors!! They want their Cash.. Or at least some form of "In-Kind Payment".. The Bondholders are not going sit by and let BLS and G* pay off liabilites to themselves (the partners) at their expense (bond payments).. The Bondholders would want something in exchange for their patience.. Equity, Postage Stamps, Globalstar Pens, etc.. BLS offers nothing in exchange!! Except a "Poke in the Eye" as WLD explained.. It's an invitation for the Bondholders to file against them, to prevent them from making the payment to LOR/QCOM.. IMO PCSTEL
