Thanks for your article.. And it appears that Matsushita has indeed signed a license for W-CDMA.. Although, there was never an "Expanded License Agreement" Press Release issued, as their was for other companies noted in that statement.. i.e.

I am not trying to be argumentative, but, just trying to understand IDCC and other companies possible royalty opportunites in W-CDMA..

IF IDCC were to make a 1 per-cent royalty with a market cap of 450 million dollars.. And QCOM makes a 4% royalty with a market cap of 38 billion dollars.. It makes one look around a bit..
