Interesting....

I remember, years (decades?) ago, at an analysts' meeting, Jerry was asked if he had ever sued a customer over a "non-cancellable" contract. He said, after a pause, just once- and then, because AMD didn't care if it kept the customer, or not.

I guess Jerry's ready to write this one off.
