No, I don't disagree with any of that. I think that you and I are in the same school that the excessive government/fed meddling in business/economic affairs, will have negative effects in the long run. One of the things that really pisses me off is when the government "deregulates" and industry when in fact they only do a half assed job of deregulation. We are seeing the effects in California with the power crisis and I believe that many of the issues surrounding the telecom industry are due to the "deregulation" with the telecom act.
