5400? that would put the SPX near 450.....and nasdaq near 800..... thats some real pain alright...... dow crashes...money will go into nasdaq beaten down big boys... so dow 7800 to 8100.....nasdaq 1100 to 1300...and SPX 900 should be pain enough ....... lots of nasdaq companies will be otc crap by next fall...or won't even exist.....
