Hi Pamela:

At this stage, probably hangman's noose. WCII was and is a fine company,
and I hope that some way will be found of recapitalizing it by converting
a good chunk of the debt into equity. I plan to save the investment $'s
I have left for after the recapitalization stage. Sooner or later, Winstar the
company will be a big success.
