Kevin, Yeah, I can call Ted Kennedy a socialist. He follows a totally socialistic agenda in his politics, but he figures he will be one of the "elites" that seem to be necessary in a socialistic regime to tell the masses (idiots to the elitists) what to do, how to eat, how to teach their children, what to drive, who should have what according to them, etc. etc. The main body of the liberal(AKA socialistic) movement in this nation are a bunch of sheep that are willing to follow the "bell ewe" to the slaughter house.

I consider having my credibility decreased in a liberal's view, to be a feather in my cap. That tells me I am right on target.

Be that as it may, all any of us are doing on these threads, is peeing into the wind to get our feet wet. We all sit around banging on our keyboards but, nothing gets decided, nothing worthwhile gets accomplished, nobody's mind gets changed, and the world is not saved. I guess we just do it for the hell of it. I don't know.
