John: I wonder who Alcatel is buying their product from. I've got a pretty good guess, and I suspect that's why AMD made this brain dead move. AMD and Intel don't compete in Flash devices. AMD makes NOR, Intel makes NAND - and the two are not interchangeable (at all). AMD has just recently begun to move into the NAND market, but the Alcatel contract was for NOR flash. -fyo
