Short term, these all cash acquisitions will be mildly dilutive in the first 2Q of FY02, however will be earnings neutral for full FY02, therefore full FY02 guidance shouldn't change. Longer term strategic significance I will defer to others, however it appears WIND is addressing the Linux issue here.
