I am not quite sure, but I guess "sales volume" represents revenue. I doubt it means units. Evne if it is revenue, I doubt that P4 reached 11% revenue in Q1. On the other hand, 0% for Tualatin until 2% in Q3 and 7% in Q4 would be a great news for AMD. Massive production of .13u Tualatins for the desktop market would probably mean more of a threat to AMD than .18u P4.

One thing to worry about in the short term is the info that Dan3 posted, about 1.7 GHz P4 being able to run at 2.8 GHz cooled with LH, up from 2 GHz of the current core/stepping.
