Possibly darkest before dawn? Actually, I do think its time to start doing some minor shopping. In particular, there are an increasing number of companies that are trading at or close to the value of the cash they hold. Some are trading well below the cash they have on hand and have no debt either. There are even some that are profitable, trading at or below cash and have no debt. Unless we are facing an outright depression(always possible, but, unlikely) these companies will be worth at least double what they're selling for, in 12 months.
