This market is moving at such a rate that these comittees can not keep up with this What's to keep up with? Give about 6-10 choices providing a mix which ranges from a money market to the Go For Broke fund. After that, monitor the selected funds to make sure they adhere to their stated strategy, and replace the ones that don't. Other than that, leave it alone and let everyone decide for themselves which style suits them best.
