The US surveillance plane was out there playing a game of chicken with Chinese fighters. When you play those cold war games, fault has no relevance.

Stuff happens.

The Chinese are playing games and so is the US. Get the crew back -- appologize if needed -- and then give the Chinese the finger afterwards to salve the wounded pride of the Bush boys.
