Jon -

N.hand might not be as reliable as flash, maybe not as convenient or small either. But it will be a LOT cheaper.

Current flash RAM prices are around 15 to 20 bucks a megabyte. Sure, prices will come down. But can flash RAM ever be profitable at 50 cents a meg? And if so, how much will n.hand disks cost by then?

I do agree that n.hand is still just a gleam in the eyes of IOM stockholders. It may or may not ever add anything to the bottom line. I believe that even if n.hand were to be a complete flop, Iomega would still have plenty of ways to make money.
