If the 'funder' can sell to folks like us, isn't the true source of funds coming from future shareholders who buy from the funder? The end result being further dilution?

If so, isn't the logical conclusion that PNLK was able to find a company that believes PNLK can exist long enough (18 months) and provide enough market excitement to sell their shares into the market, and not necessarily that they found a true investor who believes strongly in their future or business plan?

Assuming current prices, such dilution would expand the outstanding shares to some 70-80 million. Also assuming current prices wouldn't PNLK have a market cap of some $15-18 million?

Are investors going to be satisfied with the business developments to warrant such a market cap? Is MTL all it's cracked up to be? Will it's development be smooth and timely? Will revenues follow?

Time will tell, but these seem to me to be the issues that us investors need to be focusing on, as it would appear that the funding is not the long awaited validation we've been hoping for. Rather, it would appear to be a possible way for US INVESTORS to keep the ball rolling at PNLK. Is the game worth playing?
