Hey Tom, I was wondering if maybe an extra criteria using stochastics could help filter those out and narrow it down to mainly stocks showing true price reversals. Can you suggest any settings? I wish I could help you but I'm not familiar with the settings of ChartSmart. So I'm not sure how I could help you. I only use primitive scans based on price/volume action in conjuction with 1 or 2 year highs. ie: investdb.theglobeandmail.com & then I work on the charts. FWIW Maybe some of guys (girls) on the thread use automated scanners. If they do, it would really be appreciated if you could steer us in the right direction.
