Haim - The dollar is still very high, if falling; Greenspan has room to cut, and might do so purely to delay the stockmarket fall -- "manage the crash" -- he's done worse things before. The Brits may cut tomorrow. "The Bank of England is halfway through its two day meeting after which it is widely tipped to cut interest rates.
