baiter:

"Are you stating X is qualified and entirely true in his posts or are you just tossing analogies around?"

Neither. First, I suggest you take your head out of the sand. Then,I suggest you do the following.

1 - Read Janet's original resume and substantiate her employment claims. (Why was her bio recently changed on the company web site?)

2 - Read Eugene's bio and tell me if you think he is qualified to hold his current position and own more than 1 million shares of STGI/SPHC stock.

3 - Read the court papers regarding self dealing.

4 - Read the self serving clause in the Fusion Agreement.

5 - Read all of the press releases (after June,2000)to determine if any of them contained false promises or were misleading.

6 - Check with the State of Nevada regarding the registration and incorporation of Samaritan Pharmaceuticals.

7 - Find stock certificates issued in the name of Samaritan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Would you consider them bugus?

8 - Read all of the SEC filings with regard to the name change.

9 - Read all of the SEC filings related to the amount of shares that were authorized.

10 - Calculate from the SEC filings how many shares have been given away without getting any capital in return.

Baiter, it doesn't matter what you care to admit or deny. In spite of your intelligence, your recent posts just ramble on and on without any documentation to support your position.

The bottom line, and all that matters, is how the SEC will interpret the actions of current management during the last nine months. The ball is in their court.

omadhaun2k........I'm being sued in a SLAPP lawsuit for postings on this board...
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

"Former Democratic Congressional Candidate and Georgetown University File SLAPP Lawsuit"

Las Vegas………Las Vegas resident and former Democratic Congressional candidate Janet Greeson following her congressional race loss to Barbara Vucanovich attached her wagon to a start up Pharmaceutical company with a drug that well could become the penicillin of the 21st century. The problem is the gross mismanagement and fraud being perpetrated on the public. Buried in lawsuits against Greeson's company that flank both coasts and two countries, Greesons' company now is attempting to silence it 's critics with SLAPP lawsuits.

Georgetown University and the Las Vegas company named Steroidogenesis Inhibitors (STGI.OB / SPHC.OB) are attempting to thwart FREE SPEECH on the internet bulletin board the Raging Bull. Georgetown's request for the identities of posters on the Raging Bull has led to a SLAPP lawsuit being filed against two of the Raging Bull Posters by Steroidogenesis Inhibitors (STGI.OB SPHC.OB).

Among the posters whose privacy was invaded and identity exposed was a person using the posting name "BeYoung1." This individual never posted a message over five or six words long and posted messages like; "X is too cool!!!" "Never will X not be wrong!!!" "It is about your wrong" and "It's about X being right." This person was named as someone intentionally damaging the relationship between Georgetown University and SPHC/STGI.

This egregious action by Georgetown University is unprecedented. No major University has ever attempted to thwart FREE SPEECH in this manner. In an affidavit filed with the Clark County Clerk, Dec 12, 2000, case # A427252, "Motion for Expedited Discovery On Order Shortening Time" Attorney Scott Marquis, requesting that the court order the identities of certain posters be disclosed by the Raging Bull, states in his sworn affidavit;
" 6. Unfortunately, STGI's relationship with Georgetown has been placed in jeopardy by the publications of the Anonymous Internet Users. Georgetown has specifically requested that STGI take action to identify these Anonymous Internet Users to determine why they are jeopardizing this relationship." This request by Georgetown University led the court, without ever seeing any postings or verifying the truthfulness or accessing the damage, to subsequently issue an order that led to the Raging Bull identifying certain individuals. Certain of these individuals were held up to public ridicule on the Raging Bull by surrogates of Georgetown University and STGI.

2 of 2

The witness list for the plaintiffs (Steroidogenesis) in this case is dominated by representatives of Georgetown University and includes Beth Porter, Sheila Zimmett, and Jack Hartman. Conspicuous by his absence is Dr. Vassillios Papadopoulos, of Georgetown University, who has been a witness in a related shareholder action in which he testified for Steroidogenesis. A case in which the court ruled against Steroidogenesis.

Dr. Papadopoulos has received 200,000 shares of STGI stock and receives a monthly payment of $5,000.00 as the Senior Scientific Advisor, a position he may not be qualified for as he isn't an MD and can not perform scientific experiments on humans.

What is absolutely astounding is that Georgetown never took any action to verify the truth of the internet users postings, but choosing rather to run rough shod over the posters trampling their First Amendment Rights of Free Speech and Right to Privacy, employing the strategy, "if you don't like the message attack the messenger."
It seems that in the last fracas involving Georgetown and Las Vegas, one involving John Thompson, Georgetown took somewhat of a different position. I guess it depends in whose pocket the money lands.

Steroidogenesis has been a publicly traded company since November 1997 and under the control of infamous Las Vegas resident Janet Greeson who through a series of maneuvers, which included among other things "false" claims of being an Associate Professor at two major universities and a Presidential Appointment by Jimmy Carter, was able to seize control of the Board of Directors. This public company has never had a shareholder meeting since becoming a publicly traded company in November 1997, and at times has issued more shares than it had authorized.

It has now been discovered that "bogus" stock certificates have been issued in the name of "Samaritan Pharmaceuticals" by the management of Steroidogenesis Inhibitors International. Stock certificates that bear the name "Samaritan Pharmaceuticals" and the legend, "incorporated under the laws of the state of Nevada." Duly signed by Bert Wollen, President and Janet Greeson, Secretary, bearing the corporate seal of Steroidogenesis Inhibitors and the stamp of the transfer agent in Texas. The stock trail winds its way through the far east and Stein Morgan, the Bahamas, east coast banks with a small percentage of the stock revenue landing in Las Vegas.

Additional depositions are scheduled in this SLAPP lawsuit for 9:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of April, 2001 at the offices pf Catuogno Court Reporting, 10 Commercial Wharf, Boston, Massachusetts 02110 with the Keeper of the Records for Raging Bull, Inc. to further try to intimate posters on the Raging bull who disagree with the positions taken by the current outlaw management of Steroidogenesis Inhibitors International (STGI.OB / SPHC.OB).

The witness list provided by the plaintiffs consists of a few STGI "officers" and Georgetown University Representatives. The motion for discovery was based on Georgetowns request...How did Georgetown University think that STGI would discover the identities of the internet users?

Here's where the ######## really thickens. In the minutes of the June 16, 2000 meeting Greeson accused Dr. Sapse of making false claims….
7/27/2000 9:31:00 AM

HOUSTON, TX, Jul 27, 2000 (INTERNET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Investors' Alert announces Strong Buy on Steroidogenesis Inhibitors International (STGI) .

Investors' Alert editor-in-chief, stated, "Could you imagine finding an affordable treatment for AIDS that would be non-toxic and have no side effects, one that prevents HIV-positive patients from ever acquiring AIDS their entire life, thereby living a normal life-span just like everyone else. Steroidogenesis Inhibitors Intl. and the doctors who run the company believe they have just that treatment What is the true value of this treatment? We hesitate to even guess. How high
would the stock go?

This stock has been as high as $15.00, and we here at Investors' Alert believe this could be one of the biggest winners we have ever been involved with. Here are the highlights."

Investors' Alert when on to state, "STGI is a pharmaceutical company with its core technology being ANTICORT(TM). ANTICORT(TM) is currently in FDA Phase 1B/2A clinical trials as an anticortisol drug for the treatment of HIV positives. We interviewed Dr. Janet Greeson, the company's president, and learned that ANTICORT(TM) is a type of drug favored by the FDA. When tested in sixty-six AIDS patients in Brazil, ANTICORT(TM) was shown to be effective in both increasing the CD4 (immune cells) counts and drastically reducing the mortality rate. This data was presented at the International AIDS Conference in Vancouver in July of 1996.

The FDA granted an IND (IND 52,663), to STGI, to commence Phase 1B/2A (determine safety, dosage, side effects and evaluate effectiveness) clinical trials for the indication of AIDS, which is currently being accomplished at the AIDS Research Alliance in West Hollywood, CA.

Dr. Greeson went on to say that the company expects FDA approval by Sept. of next year. ANTICORT(TM) has demonstrated--in clinical trials-that it is a non-toxic drug and is extremely effective in both cellular testing and animal models. The company further believes that the most compelling worldwide advantages of ANTICORT(TM) will be its affordability and lack of side effects. STGI anticipates such advantages will be demonstrated in its current clinical trials. As well, STGI has had an initial discussion with the World Bank to fund the ANTICORT(TM) needed for Africa."

Investors' Alert concluded, "In addition to this exciting drug ANTICORT(TM), the company has the opportunity to acquire a technology that appears to be a very important diagnostic tool in the detection of Breast Cancer.

STGI is currently in discussions with a company that holds worldwide patents on a novel drug-delivery system. Additionally, this product could be a more effective delivery system for ANTICORT(TM), affording the company a novel compound with greater bioavailability. This company has a unique working relationship with a major university in Texas and the Texas Medical System, and has also expressed an interest in affording STGI the opportunity to develop a wide array of OTC compounds.

The company is currently in the due diligence process, with the assistance of an international investment bank, to structure a transaction with a foreign-based company that has a portfolio of Therapeutics, Diagnostics and Drug Delivery Systems, and almost $14 million in revenue.

Additionally, the company has signed an agreement with Josephberg Grosz & Co., a New York-based investment bank, for a long-term investment-banking relationship."

"How does Georgetown U fit into this picture?"

Georgetown requested the names of the posters to the raging bull.
How would you suggest one obtain these names?

The witness list is made up of a few STGI Officers and representatives of Georgetown University.

A Georgetown Professor testified in a related case that STGI lost and is now appealing????

Is Georgetown partners with SPHC in any business ventures?
(I don't know)
Why does Georgetown care at all?
(I don't know, you'll have to ask them)
If Georgetown wanted to know who the posters are, why didn't G'town initiate the suit?
(I'm guessing that they decided that SPHC could file the SLAPP lawsuit and intimidate me)

These are all questions I will ask Georgetown when we depose the witnesses from Georgetown...

Maybe Georgetown doesn't care and the lawyer from Marquis & Aurbach lied in his sworn affidavit to the court......

Ladies and Gentlemen:

I thank you for your patience. I think I finally got this computer mess straight.

For those of you whom wish the background information with regard to Georgetown University, let me try to educate you on the process that led STGI/SPHC to file a lawsuite against at least two posters on this board.

After Dr. Sapse resigned 16 June, 2000, the present management undertook the task of lending itself credibility because they relized that without Dr. Sapse they really had no one person amoung them whom could qualify as a scientist. Enter Dr. Popodapolas. Dr. P. presented a paper at the Second Annual Confrence on Cortisols and Anticortisols which was held in Las Vegas, Nevada where I feel is where Greeson ran into this Professor from Georgetown.

After the infamos day in June a bargin of sorts with this management team and Dr. P. was struck and I assume that Dr. P. presented Anticort (TM) and anti-cortisol technology to the powers that be at Georgetown. Georgetown apparently received some derogatory information regarding the present management team. Georgetown told Greeson et al that they had received some documation with regard to some very disturbing facts and apparently backed off from any association with STGI/SPHC.

Obviously, this concerned Greeson et al and based on two facts, Greeson et al filed suit in Nevada courts against one poster, Mr. Xcessive and various John Does. They then petioned Raging Bull and through a court order obtained the identification of several other posters. One was myself. I was known then as Bipockets. Bipockets was an alias I used and was set up for me by a business woman there in your country because, as you will read in my posts under Bipockets I traveled to the US and spent considerable time in Las Vegas investigating the claims of fraud and embezzlement against Greeson et al.

In short, Greeson et al had good cause to be concerned because most of the allegations made against them had some very solid foundations. Georgetown, being a very respectable institution backed away and Greeson et al feel it necessary to sue to recover. Greeson et al's evidence is an E-mail sent to a member of the prmotional team at Georgetown with a name. The lawsuit against Ms. Thompson is an attempt to intimidate her. Greeson et al have no evidence that anyone and especially Ms. Thompson that anyone whom posts on this board sent any information to Georgetown.

To my Canadaien friends I understand that today is the first day of the trial. I wish you very good luck. Greeson et al seem to be a slippery bunch. In my opinion, getting this group to tell the truth, even under the penalty of perjury, is impossible. Let know what happens, please.

Sean

"Timothy" against-the-man.org Burnham where are you???
Where is the latest $20M "VOTE OF CONFIDENCE financing scam "that wasn't available when Dr. Sapse was a member of management." Thank God or the STGI/SPHC stock would have no value.

What has this Group (the Greeson Gang Greeson/Wollen/Boyle/Rossi) done?
created lawsuits in two different countries,
issued themselves and their frioends millions of shares,
entered into a series of phony financial deals that never materialize,
The latest one with conFUSION being the "dumbest."
The Greeson Gang entered into a deal that they (the Greeson Gang) couldn't complete.
Leaving the door open for conFUSION to walk with over 1.5M shares.

The only way to describe the Greeson Gang is they are idiots.....and that is being kind...
The pompusness and arrogance of Burnham and his ramblings about high finance only demonstrates what a disgusting idiot Burnham is.

If the Greeson Gang had an ounce of decency in them they would resign and admit they are in over their heads and let some one else take Anticort to market..
These people have no shame.....
Greeson/Wollen/Boyle/Rossi please do the honorable thing, if only for the children of the world......

My Dear Sir/Madam:

I would very much like to accept your invitation. It is very early in the morning here in the UK.

Not withstanding the time difference I must ask to what good purpose would discussing this matter with your board help the children of Romania and the UK, much less move this matter to justice.

If you look at my previous posts under the alias of "Bipockets" you will take note that I personally have been very active to provide objective evidence to your courts only to be delayed and ignored. My only accomplishments were to provide the damning evidence that was instrutmental in securing an injunction against the present management in which Greeson et al can ignore at will and a court order shareholders meeting which was stayed by the Nevada Surpreme Court. So I ask, again to what good end would a conversation with your people do?

You Yanks talk a good story about justice and equal rights but when it all comes down to it you are no different then the hated Communist. Winston Churchill once stated that he would get into bed with the Devil himself to crush Hitler. Will he did and look what happenend.

Excuse me for being some what jaded here but convince me that my effort to discuss this issue with your people would be more than a mere acedemic exercisize in rhetoric. It may satisfy my ego but would do nothing to end this fiasco and move the solution forward. I want a solution, not feed my ego. In my life time my ego has been stroked more than I deserved.

God bless, and I look forward to a response.

Sean
