On the contrary... I do not that Greenspan's interest rate policy has been anymore sporadic than in decades past: geocities.com Nor do I think Greenspan should be blamed for the current fallout. Interesting that you feel that way... normally it's the bulls who have been losing money for months whom use Greenspan as the scapegoat. Let's not forget that it's a board of governors who vote on the policy. Not just one guy calling all the shots. Correct me if I'm wrong...
