They've said they will be out later this month, when we get a quarterly report, to further address the company's status and progress. While most companies don't normally react to market rumors (probably a good policy), in this case I agree that LU does need to address liquidity, vendor financing and cost structure issues aggressively, fully, and on an ongoing basis.
