Jon, run a TRIX with a 12 day. You'll see strong short term bull, as the indicator has changed directions rather nicely. NVI on my charts tells me nothing. In IOM's case, the indicator doesn't really indicate anything since it so closely correponds to the price. Not many divergences.

Also, with stocks like IOM, a few good indicators with a good historical "hit rate", work great. OBV does not show triggers a lot in my experience, but with a few stocks its gold. CPQ, and IOM being two where OBV seems to indicate change in direction or trend real well.

I find RSI can't help me predict IOM, and I've used profit testing parameter programs to optimize, and found no good correlations. You must be using RSI with another unnamed indicator for you to have such confidence in it.
