U.S. West,bleah!! This is beyond any doubt the worst run most arrogant company in the U.S. I guess they think we're all a bunch of taters out here and can just take it or shove it. I tried the url you posted but I couldn't get a reply, then I sent them a blistering email on their site and of course that wouldn't go through either. I feel better now. Regards
